Emotions can cause physical pain and harm your physical well-being.
Science has gone to show that a broken heart hurts more, or equal to, breaking a bone. Would I know? No, since I’ve never broken a bone.
However, emotional breakdowns also help you. Why? Well… I’m going through some things and I’ve decided that I need a new routine (I’m terribly unfit, by the way) and have decided to exercise.
This distracts me and helps me become stronger and fitter, but the pain is worth it.
I want to become stronger (mainly mentally) because I want to become a better me, a stronger me. I’m not saying I’m gonna change, I’m just saying that I’m going to better myself.
My routine (since I’m so unfit) is 10 sit ups and 10 push ups every morning when I wake up and when I go to bed. Next week it will change a little by adding walking home every day from school.
I’ll gladly admit I am damaged, but who isn’t?
No, this will not change my views on Metal and shitty pop music (if we can call that music these days). I will just become a better me and maybe more METAL AF.
A friend of mine got me into new bands and they’re inspiring me a lot, along with music suggestions from my brother.
These bands include:
- Follow The Cipher
- I got back into Avenged Sevenfold
- I found a Metalcore/J-Metal band called Katikatiyama (not bad, anime-themed, lead female vocals with great dirty vocals [also check out Squall Of Scream]).
